1940 Brooklyn Dodgers Opening Day Ticket with Rain Check
This vintage 1940 Opening Day ticket is for the game played April 19, 1940 at Ebbets Field. It is shaped like a catchers glove and includes the entire home schedule on the reverse. Making this rare ticket even more so is that its rain check stub is attached! It sports a couple of small creases and a punch hole on the rain check portion of the ticket, as well as a check mark next to the opening game on the reverse and a check and circle around the July 30 game - otherwise it is EX-MT.
