1940 World Champion Cincinnati Reds Gold & Diamond Pin
First we have seen, possibly one of a kind, this custom made pin may have been made for a member of the Crosley family which owned the team hence the initials "CAC 1940" engraved on the back. The pin features two bats that appear to be holding up the round stone with the words, "Cincinnati Reds - World Champions" and a Reds insignia below. Measures roughly 1.25x1”. This pin is 14KT gold. It has a total weight of 3.6 DWT, or 5.6 grams. The diamond in the center is real.
