The collection consists mostly of home programs at Madison Square Garden with some special events containing over 650 signatures, mostly period, including 20 of the NBA 50 Greatest. 90% of the signatures are on the front covers. Here's how it breaks down: 1) 1940s (3) - Three from the 1948-1949 season, each signed by Dick McGuire and Harry Gallatin. 2) 1950s (64): 450+ signatures including: Dick McGuire (50), Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton (39), Bill Sharman (28), Red Auerbach (3), Sam Jones (11), Bob Petit (13), Bob Cousy (16), Paul Arizin (14), Dolph Schayes (12), Hal Greer (2), Elgin Baylor (2), Frank Ramsay (13), Pollard, Lloyd, Holzman, Sears, Hagan, Mikkelsen, Whitey Ford and Willie Mays. 3) 1960s (18): 170+ signatures including: Dave DeBusschere (4), Walt Frazier, Willis Reed, Dick McGuire (5), Red Holzman (3), Jerry Lucas, Nate Thurmond, Red Auerbach, Rick Barry (3), Bill Sharman (2), Hal Greer (2), Elgin Baylor, Phil Jackson, Lenny Wilkens, Frank Ramsay (9), John Havlicek (3), Sam Jones (10), Paul Arizin (6), Cliff Hagan. 4) 1970s (6): 30+ signatures including: Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Julius Erving (2), Walt Frazier (5), Bill Walton (2), Dave DeBusschere (2), Rick Barry, Phil Jackson, McGuire (4), Earl Monroe (2). Opponents include: Harlem Globetrotters, St. Louis Bombers, Celtics, Warriors, Miners, Lakers, Syracuse Nationals, Zephyrs, Royals and more. From 1948-1968, there is a complete run from each year minus 1960. There are also four (4) programs from the 1960s with Wilt Chamberlain as a member of either Phila. or SF Warriors, including March 4, 1962 (two days after Wilt's 100 point game). The overall condition is EX-MT+ with 10% having loose binding. Signatures average overall 7/10. Comes with PSA LOA.
