1940’s Hockey Autograph Album
The young John Finnigan (son of NHL’er Frank Finnigan) kept his album handy when his father took him to the rink. This book contains a number of team sheets including the 1943 Bruins, 1946-47 Rangers, 1947 Rangers, 1947 Wings (rookie Howe), 1946 Bruins, 1947 Bruins, 1947-48 Rangers, 1948 Leafs, 1949 Rangers, 1949 Leafs, 1949 Black Hawks and 1950 Wings. Well over 200 autographs in total with the following keys: Chas. Conacher, Broda (3), Clapper, Boucher (3), Bryan Hextall, Bauer, Schmidt & Dumart (2), Neil Colville, Max Bentley (2), Kennedy, Barilko (2), Day, Mosienko, Doug Bentley, Howe (2) Lindsay and Sawchuk. Many signed in ink but the lion’s share is in pencil. Great break-up value here.
