1940s/50s University of California Football Original Negatives (50+)
This collection of 4x 5" negatives capture the prestigious University of California Football team both on field and off. There are (9) negatives dated December 1949, as the team readies itself for the ever popular Rose Bowl. There are (22) which capture in game action against rivals UCLA in October of 1953. There are also (20) shots taken during a November 1954 game against Oregon State. The quality of the negatives in the collection range from VG to EX and as part of the S.F. examiner files include some documentation about who and what in particular are captured in the images.
