To Joe DiMaggio fans it is the most important run of New York Times. Included is every printed newspaper from the New York Times encompassing Joe DiMaggio’s 1941 56-game hit streak between May 16 through July 31, 1941 is archived nicely into these large bound volumes (5 books altogether - each book measures 17x23” when closed). Hardcovers are in VG-EX to Excellent condition, each one with black print on the binding, “New York Times” with the dates. Actual papers themselves are EX-MT with no tears, creases, folds or flaws of any kind. Only slightly toned, but perfect. Each inside cover bears the same library stamp and seal.
