1941 Men's Rolex Watch

1941 Men's Rolex Watch

More than 70 years after it was manufactured, this handsome, wind-up watch still runs and keeps good time. Its case is gold-plated, though the gold has worn off in some places. Some of the phosphorescent material is gone from the minute hand, and although this material is present on the hour hand and the face numbers, nothing glows in the dark anymore. On the back, the following numbers are stamped: 160766 and, under that, 5478. The name Jack Reynolds is engraved on the back in a cursive style. The words OYSTER PATENT are visible on the stem cap.
