1945 George Stirnweiss Batting Champion Presentational Bat (35")
While many ML players were absent from baseball while serving in WWII, "Snuffy" was left home due to gastric ulcers and hay fever. Lucky for him, because he won the AL batting title in 1945. This Hillerich & Bradsby signature model was presented to him by H&B following the 1945 season. Special stampings all over the barrel showcase every contributing statistic to batting champion Stirnweiss including hits, runs, average, at-bats, home runs, etc. Excellent condition.
