1946 Roy Partlow Negro League Signed Baseball Contract
Official Puerto Rican League Baseball Contract signed by Roy Partlow to play for Santurce in 1946-47. Signed in blue ink by Partlow as well as being witnessed by Negro League player Dick Seay who has also signed in blue ink. The team president as signed in black ink as well. Partlow played in the Negro Leagues for 16 seasons. Excellent.
