With the NBA only in its second season, college basketball was still the gold standard in 1947, and these six camera negatives are superb action shots. Dated December 27, 1947, they are in their original envelope from the San Francisco Examiner and were obtained right from their archive. The negatives are EX-MT and the envelope is signed by the photographer “MacDonald.”
