This lot consists of a rare 29" red felt pennant reading "Cleveland Indians versus Boston Braves World Series 1948" that has been mounted in a framed display along with a 4" black felt Cleveland pennant, a 4" blue felt Boston Braves pennant, two 5 1/2 x 3 1/2" exhibit cards picturing the 1948 National League Champion Boston Braves and the 1940 World Champion Cleveland Indians, and a color caption entitled "1948 World Series." This attractive collectible piece measures 32 x 14" and is in EX-MT condition.
