1948 Rocky Graziano vs. Tony Zale Full Ticket
On June 10, 1948, (rescheduled from June 9) at Ruppert Stadium in Newark, New Jersey, World Middleweight Champion Rocky Graziano defended his title against the man he won it from, Tony Zale. Zale dominated and knocked Graziano out in the 3rd round. Graziano was decked for a three-count in the first round and took a seven-count in the 3rd before the knockout. Offered here is an original, full, unused ticket for this event, which names the fighters and includes a section, row and seat number. Bold color and print and stub firmly attached with a clean front and back. Minor edge and corner wear. Not creased or torn. Measures 2.5x7".
