1949 Brooklyn Dodgers National League Champions Travel Kit
Baseball players spend a great deal of time on the road. This makes a travel kit an ideal gift for the ballplayer who has everything. Zippered leather kit is navy blue with white stitching along the edges. "Brooklyn Dodgers National League Champions 1949” is embossed in gilt lettering. Kit was originally given to one of the players or executives of the Brooklyn Dodgers to congratulate them for winning the league championship in 1949. Interior is made of genuine top grain cowhide and contains the logo for “Tommy Traveler”. Like new condition with all the stainless steel contents intact and unused. Belonged to someone with the initials "P.N." as they are engraved in gold and affixed to the case below the lettering.
