1949 Chuck Connors Single Signed International League Baseball
Before he became famous to TV audiences as "The Rifleman," Chuck Connors was a multi-sport athlete who played professional baseball and basketball, while also nearly making the Chicago Bears football team. Connors only played a handful of major league baseball games, but he played for several minor league clubs. This is the only example we have seen from those days as he signed and inscribed this official International League ball: "May 15 1949 jersey City vs Montreal." The signature rates 8/10 and the ball 6/7 out of 10.
