1950's Stan Musial Signed Game Used Bat
Musial was in the middle of his dynamite career with the St. Louis Cardinals when this bat came into play. With a labeling period of 1950-1952, this exceptional Louisville Slugger Hillerich & Bradsby Co. professional model is uncracked, and shows obvious evidence of excellent, heavy use. There's even a nice dent on the last letter "e" of the word "genuine" on the right barrel. The knob is stamped with "M117", and there are cleat marks on the right and back barrels. Multiple ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on both the front and left barrels. Musial's signature on the right barrel in black permanent marker reads: "Stan Musial" with a period at the end of his name. Length of bat measures 34.5" and weighs 33 oz. LOA for the bat only, not for the signature. LOA from PSA and is graded GU8.
