This sterling silver plaque mounted on finished wood was presented to first baseman Gil Hodges of the Brooklyn Dodgers in recognition of his selection to the 1950 National League All Star team. The signature of Ford C. Frick, then President of the National League, is inscribed in the lower right corner of the award. A fine memento of a truly great ballplayer. EX condition.
