1950 Nanny Fernandez Pittsburgh Pirates Game Worn Jersey

1950 Nanny Fernandez Pittsburgh Pirates Game Worn Jersey

A utility player with the Boston Braves and Pittsburgh Pirates, Froilan “Nanny” Fernandez had a four-year Major League career. Presented here is his seven-button road gray flannel jersey with “Pirates” arched across the chest and “11” on the verso, all sewn-on in black on gold felt twill. Gold/black piping adorns the collar, while tagging includes “A.G. Spalding & Bros.,” “46,” “Dry Clean Only,” and a gray felt swatch with “F. Fernandez 50” in black chain-link. Exhibits nicely with great display appeal.
