1950s-1970s Topps Mickey Mantle Oddball Collection - LOADED!
Offered is a very large collection of Mickey Mantle "oddball" items, with non-regular issue Topps cards, coins, inserts, postcards and larger items. For the majority of his career, Mantle was THE STAR, and most sets and issues produced during the '50s and '60s highlighted the Commerce Comet. In addition, Topps was in "insert mode" during the last 1960s when they were strong on giving young baseball fans the ability to cover every inch of their walls, and produced many pinups and poster items of The Mick. There is a large amount of Mickey Mantle items in this lot, many of which are scarce. This collection would be a great start for that long awaited attempt at a Mantle collection, making this lot a must have for Mantle collectors. Tons of value in here.
