1950s Milwaukee Braves Game Worn Jacket
The first modern franchise to relocate did so with unprecedented success. Milwaukee embraced the former Boston Braves in 1953 as a then-National League record 1.8 million fans came to County Stadium to watch their new team post a fantastic 92-62 record, setting the foundation for an eventual World Series championship. From that era comes this splendid jacket with classic Braves Tomahawk Logo and #19 on the chest, meaning it likely belonged to Ben Taylor, Red Murph or Hawk Taylor.
