1950s PEZ Vending Machine

Immaculate, fully restored porcelain Pez vending machine from Germany, circa mid-1950s. Solid yellow background has affixed illustrations of the Pez lady and Pez packs on front, and black & white chicletted "PEZ" lettering on either side. Large Pez pack on front reads "Das Fine Pfefferminz" above smaller packs with tiny windows for each flavor. Red top area reads "Pez-Box, hier im geschaft erhaltlich." Metallic bar on bottom above pull-handles for discerning Pez-ickers to choose either peppermint, citron (fruit) and the "new" flavor of traubenzucker (grape). 30" high, 8" wide, 6 1/4" deep. Paint is bright, vivid and unchipped. Gray reinforced metal backing. A classic brought back to life!
