1950s Stan Musial Game Used Bat

1950s Stan Musial Game Used Bat

He was known simply as "Stan the Man," but baseball fans of all ages know of the legend behind the name Stan Musial. A 24-time All Star, seven-time batting champion and three-time National League Most Valuable Player, the lifetime St. Louis Cardinal was an easy first-ballot Hall of Fame inductee in 1969. This bat wielded by "The Man" is 34.5" and weighs 31 oz. Model M159 was used by Musial anywhere between 1954 and 1960. It has a very faint number "6" written on the knob and displays great use with pine tar on the handle and ball and seam marks on the barrel. Also shows slight grain separation on the back of the barrel, otherwise no cracks.
