1950s Ted Williams Wilson Glove in Original Box
Every New England kid's dream gift for three decades was a Ted Williams baseball glove such as this magnificent example in its original box. A gorgeous Wilson logo distinguishes the pocket, which features the imprint: "HAND FORMED GREASE SET POCKET," above the logo and "MADE IN USA - A2214" below it. Williams' facsimile signature, as well as "TRADE MARK' and "PRO-MODEL" are pressed into the thumb. There is a one-inch tear, but otherwise the desirable glove is in EX condition.
