An amazing find! Offered is a full 1951 Berk Ross complete set of 72 cards, all as their original 2-card panels, still housed in their original boxes! Deriving its subjects from a variety of sports, the Berk Ross company included 40 baseball players, with a mix of football and basketball players, as well as boxers, golfers, figure skaters and Olympic athletes. Includes: BASEBALL - 1-2 Bob Lemon, 1-3 Rizzuto, 1-7 Mize, 1-9 Ashburn, 2-1 Musial. 2-2 Spahn, 2-4 Berra, 2-5 Joe DiMaggio, 3-1 Kiner, 4-5 Ford and 4-8 Roberts. OTHERS - 1-11 Cousy, 1-6 Hogan, 2-13 2-14 Walker, 3-12 Lamotta and 3-18 Jessie Owens. All panels are sharp-cornered beauties with no indications of any perforations, grading EX to NM/MT, primarily based upon on centering.
