1951 Brooklyn Dodgers Team-Signed Album with Jackie Robinson
Autograph book includes 13 Brooklyn Dodgers signatures, highlighted by: Jackie Robinson, Gil Hodges (2), Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, and more. If it looks like the type students use to collect signatures from their peers, that's because this 6x4.5" book was given to the original owner for his 8th grade graduation and the front pages contain about ten signatures of classmates with handwritten notes. BOLD Jackie Robinson personalized signature in pencil is easily the highlight; the book itself has been beaten up over the years, with some of the green front and back covering torn away and exposing the cardboard underneath along with cracking at the spine, though the zipper to close the book is in working condition.
