1951 Tex Schramm, Jr. Los Angeles Rams Championship Watch by Le Coultre

1951 Tex Schramm, Jr. Los Angeles Rams Championship Watch by Le Coultre

The Rams won their first-ever NFL title in Los Angeles in 1951, and this magnificent timepiece, manufactured by Le Coultre, was awarded to the champions. Stamped 14K gold on the back, the watch features the wording "LOS ANGELES RAMS - WORLD CHAMPIONS" along the perimeter of the face, with the year 1951 split on the left and right. Wind this baby up and it still keeps perfect time! The Rams knocked off the Cleveland Browns, 24-17 for the championship, and this watch was presented to their coach, Tex Schramm, who - despite his name and later affiliation with the Cowboys - was actually a California native.
