1951 Topps Ringside Boxing Display Box (GAI 8.5)

1951 Topps Ringside Boxing Display Box (GAI 8.5)

This 1951 Topps Ringside Boxing issue was an obvious attempt to cash in on the popularity of other sports trading card sets of the day. Boxing and wrestling cards never quite caught on the way baseball cards still reign, and few artifacts still exist as a result of their limited production. This display box is one of those rare finds and its tremendous condition puts it amongst even more exclusive company. Graded GAI 8.5 (NM-MT) 120-count cardboard holder still boasts incredibly vibrant color and eye-popping graphics. It has maintained its shape nicely and indicates no signs of separation at all. Only minor edge wear prevent it from being Perfect.
