1952-53 Rogers Hornsby Cincinnati Reds Manager's Bat

Bat used by the legendary Rogers Hornsby while managing the Reds to instruct on hitting, take batting practice, and hit balls to fielders. Hillerich and Bradsby model H117 measuring 34.5" and weighing 32 ounces. Shows very nice use and is uncracked with some grain separation on the barrel, which also has Hornsby's name etched into it. Obtained by Bernie Stowe while he was a bat boy for the Reds in the 1950.
