What a great looking line up! The powerful first place Brooklyn Dodgers, one of the most talent-laden clubs in the history of the majors, and one of the most exciting and heralded teams ever. Every player that had a crucial part in the storied history of the Brooklyn Dodgers is here, including Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, Duke Snider, Gil Hodges (at far left, paper loss partially covers his face), Roy Campanella, Joe Black (R.O.Y. - the first black pitcher ever to win a WS game). Unfortunately, they lost to the Yanks in Game 7, Duke Snider's bat unable to carry the Dodgers to a Game 6 or 7 victory. Creasing to photo and some paper loss to either end, but presents nicely. VG.
