1953 Topps In Store Display Photograph
“Stock” photograph of a store in Oak Park, Illinois showing the store shelves with amazing display of their Topps products on the shelves. Shown here are 3rd series boxes of 1953 Topps baseball wax packs, Wings, Bazooka gum and other period candy and gum products. This was the photograph sent by the store to show the Topps Company that they were indeed correctly displaying showing their products. The photo is stamped on the verso by the Chicago photographer with postal zone dating it from the era. The name of the store is written in vintage ink. Originally from a top Topps exec. 8x10”. Some creasing but a perfect 1st gen image
