Rare and attractive program is from his return from Korea in 1953. Four-pager is adorned with stringed ribbon binding. Famous $100-per-plate Variety Club Dinner was emceed by Ed Sullivan and raised $228,000 for the Jimmy Fund. Dinner was made possible by Guest of Honor Ted Williams who paid the first $100 and said lets do it. EX.
