1954 Milan Indians Basketball State Champions License Plate
The 1954 State Champion Milan Indians are the team best known for being the inspiration for the movie "Hoosiers." This is a special original Milan Indians State Champs license plate from 1954, decorated with small tomahawks. The four-holed plate shows wear from being used but the "Milan Indians 54 State Champs" print in gold paint is still mostly visible. Both top and top corners have some rust, but is to be expected from a license plate used on a car more than 60 years ago. This is the only one that we know exists.
