1954 Milan Regional Basketball Tourney Program

1954 Milan Regional Basketball Tourney Program

This incredibly rare program is from the 1954 Milan, Indiana Basketball Tourney, which was the inspiration for the classic sports film "Hoosiers," released in 1986. The Milan High School Indians were the Indiana state high school basketball champions in 1954. With an enrollment of only 161, Milan was the smallest school ever to win a single-class state basketball title in Indiana. This program is for that season's regional; after this came the semi-state and then finally the state finals. Folded but otherwise in EX+ condition, it measures 4x7.25".
