1955 Frank Leja Single Signed "World Series" Baseball

1955 Frank Leja Single Signed "World Series" Baseball

Very tough and desirable single signed baseball of the 1955 New York Yankee Frank Leja. What makes this ball so interesting is the fact that it was signed in 1955 with the inscription "World Series 1955, Brooklyn Dodgers vs. New York Yankees" in Leja's hand. He also personalized the ball "To Herb, A Wonderful person Always, Frank Leja". Although it appears that the ball shows use, we cannot confirm that it was used in the 1955 World Series. There are no labels present on either sweet spot, but there is a possibility that it was at least signed at the World Series. Nonetheless a great ball of a tough Yankee to get a single signed ball of.
