1955 Roy McMillan Cincinnati Reds Game Worn Jersey
Super rare 1955 Cincinnati Reds white home flannel jersey was game worn by star shortstop Roy McMillan. All original with MacGregor size 40 tag in the collar with "McMillen" (misspelled) sewn on a swatch below, Set 1 1955 tag inside front tail, and Mr. Red patch on left sleeve. Reds C logo patch is on left chest with number 11 on back in red-on-blue, displays outstanding use and even a vintage team repair on the back near the collar in addition to some very tiny holes and small stains from use that do not affect the overall appearance of the jersey. The two-time All-Star played 10 seasons in Cincy, earning the first three Gold Glove awards ever issued at the shortstop slot, including the 1957 honor which covered all of Major League Baseball.
