1956 Brooklyn Dodgers Mass Card
As far as baseball artifacts go, you'll be hard-pressed to match this one: a very rare Mass card whose front bears an image of Jesus with a small amount of paper loss at the top-left corner. The back has religious verbiage with: "In Loving Memory Of The Brooklyn Dodger Bums Died October 10, 1956" and "Courtesy of N.Y. Yankees." After losing to Brooklyn in the 1955 World Series, the Yanks returned the favor in 1956, prompting more Dodgers fans to seek solace in their neighborhood churches.
