1956 Brooklyn Dodgers World Series Press Tie Bar
Just one year after reaching the heavenly heights of World Series glory over their hated rivals in the Bronx, Brooklyn Dodgers fans returned to reality with an excruciating, seven-game Series loss to the Yankees. That Subway Series produced this tie bar manufactured by Dieges and Clust (marked on reverse for the 1956 World Series). It features a blue and white enameled hat on a silver colored baseball bat and is in NRMT condition. This was the Fall Classic that saw MVP Don Larsen pitch his legendary perfect game.
