1956 World Series Game 7 Ticket Stub - Jackie Robinson's Last Game PSA GD 2
Brooklyn Dodgers ticket stub issued for Game 7 of the 1956 World Series, which was the final game of Jackie Robinson's career. Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Interestingly, no one at the time knew that this game, which was won by the Yankees 9-0, would be Robinson's final official appearance in a Major League uniform. Robinson announced his retirement early the following year, shortly after he was traded to the New York Giants. As a result, most tickets from the game were simply discarded immediately afterward, which was months before their significance became apparent. 4.25 x 2.25".
