1957 Al Dark St. Louis Cardinals Game Worn Jersey
Dark made an impression his first full season in the bigs, being named Rookie of the Year in 1948. He went on to play for 5 teams over his 15 year and was consistently a dangerous hitter. Road jersey has "Cardinals" and bird on bat logo embroidered on the front. Rawlings size 42 tagging on the front tail along with "Dark 57" chain stitched in red. Washing instructions and Set 1 1957 tag inside front tail. Number on the back was changed to 46 by the team when it was sent down to the minors. Very nice use.
