1959 Gene Woodling Game Worn Baltimore Orioles Jersey with Cap

1959 Gene Woodling Game Worn Baltimore Orioles Jersey with Cap

"Old Faithful", the former Yankee All-Star best remembered for his countless clutch performances against the rival Indians and Dodgers, donned this cream colored, zipper front "home" jersey during his next stop in Baltimore. "Orioles" crosses the chest above his number "14", which again appears on the reverse, all in double-layer felt. On the left sleeve is a classic team logo patch that had been recently reinforced after portions of the edge had come loose, and chain-stitched to a matching felt plate in the collar is "14 1959". No other tagging remains. Signed by Woodling in the collar in blue sharpie (7.5/10). Comes with 1959 Pro KM Cap with McAuliffe tagging, [size] "7 1/8" displays little to no use and is not written with a player's number.
