1959 Yankees vs. Senators Signed Line-Up Cards (2)

1959 Yankees vs. Senators Signed Line-Up Cards (2)

Official Umpire's line-up cards from the August 29, 1959 match-up between the New York Yankees and Washington Senators. According to the handwritten batting order, HOF'ers Mantle, Berra, and Killebrew took the field that day along with their respective teammates. Each one is filled out by the team's manager and signed (Casey Stengel twice - one in pencil is just signed "Stengel" and the other in pen with full name - and Cookie Lavagetto once in pen). Both are framed together and come from the Paul Hill collection. Both cards are creased but signatures and writing are NRMT. Matted and framed to 11"x13".
