1960's Chicago Bears Game Worn Helmet
Wilson F2000 football helmet is a sensational piece of 1960’s equipment from this storied franchise. Navy in color, each side is decaled with the Bears, “C” team logo. Facemask, leather chinstrap and inner suspension padding is completely intact. On the inner middle pad (piece that goes over the top of the head) is written in faded black marker the numbers, “89” and “52” (this number is crossed out and slightly more faded), implying that the helmet was passed on from one player to another. Shows extensive use from the perennial Championship contenders.
