1960's Signed Baseball Yearbooks with many Hall of Famers (9)
This is a terrific collection of baseball yearbooks dating from the 1960's. There are (3) St. Louis Cardinal's 1962 and 1963 signed by HOFer Stan Musial and a 1965 signed by fellow HOFer Bob Gibson;a 1961 Pittsburgh Pirates yearbook signed by HOFer Bill Mazeroski, Vern Law, Elroy Face and Dick Groat. Also included in the lot is a 1960 San Francisco Giants yearbook signed on the cover by HOFer Willie Mays, there is also a best wishes Willie Mays inscribed on an inside page in mint blue ballpoint, fellow HOFer Willie McCovey, Don Blasingame, Bob Schmidt, Joe Amalfitino, Ed Bressoud, Jim Marshall, Hobie Landreth, Willie Kirkland, and manager Bill Rigney, this yearbook also contains some amazing illustrations of the team's players which are a geat find by themselves. There is a 1962 Milwaukee Braves yearbook signed on the cover by HOFer Hank Aaron, Warren Spahn, and Eddie Matthews. A 1963 Detroit Tigers yearbook is signed by Al Kaline, a 1960 Cincinnati Reds signed by HOFer Frank Robinson as well as a 1962 also signed by Frank Robinson. The collection is in overall excellent condition and is un rivaled with not just the abundance of HOF signatures but also some terrific images and photographs contained on the various yearbooks pages.
