1960-1980 Muhammed Ali Wire Photo Collection (80+)
Outstanding assortment of over 80 black and white photographs chronicling the career of Muhammad Ali. Some depict The Greatest surrounding various bouts (Chuvalo, Holmes, Frazier, more), in training, in action, at press-conferences, and post-fight. Others feature Ali in more casual moments out of the ring. All have the corresponding wire service copy on the front of the photo and many have editors' marks on verso; while not Type I, several have the original date stamp on back and one comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the Chicago Tribune. Various conditions and sizes, some exhibit toning from the type of photo paper used, most in the EX range.
