1960 Huge Denver Broncos Tickets Sign
A massive and extraordinary looking point-of-purchase sign, this reads "TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE" for the Denver Broncos with a great high resolution image of Mile High Stadium in 1960. That would date it from the beginning, including the first seven years in the NFL, in which they team never made the playoffs; Denver must have had some very patient fans, as the Broncos did not have a winning season until 1973. This two-toned sign is striking in team colors, deep orange and blue, and this is the only one known to exist. Framing is well done, it measures 33x45" and is vintage. It is a distressed gray and is quite attractive, and while it has a bit of wear at the folds overall it rates as EX to EX+ condition.
