1960 Kansas City All Star Game Collection with Full Ticket

1960 Kansas City All Star Game Collection with Full Ticket

The first of two All-Star games to be played in 1960 was held in Kansas City, and this quality quartet pays great tribute to that Midsummer Classic. First is an encapsulated full, unused ticket to the game, graded Good by PSA due to a crease in the center, otherwise it would be graded much higher as it presents beautifully. There are two felt pennants, one for each team, American and National, with both bearing the names of the starting players on them. Last but far from least, a NRMT press pin from the game featuring the classic A's Elephant has a threaded post on the back, but is missing the nut. The game was held in Municipal Stadium, and the NL prevailed over the Junior Circuit in a 5-3 decision.
