1960 Milwaukee Braves First Old Timers Day Presentational Silver Tray
Sparkling silver 1960 Milwaukee Braves Old Timers Day presentational platter. Measures just over 16" in diameter and engraved in the center is "Milwaukee Braves Brewers First Oldtimers Game July 9, 1960" around the "screaming brave" logo. We are not sure who this was awarded to but it sure is sweet looking piece, stamped "Poole Silver Co. 1043" on the back. Though the Braves had yet to move to Atlanta and the Brewers would not move to Milwaukee until 10 years later, the engraved "Brewers" likely relates to the name of the team's minor league affiliate at the time. EX condition with some faint scratching on the serving surface.
