1960 New York Yankees A.L.Championship Ring
Despite winning their 25th AL pennant, the 1960 Yankees season would end in heartbreak when Bill Mazeroski's Series-clinching blast in the bottom of the 9th of Game 7 sailed over the left field wall at Forbes Field. This beautiful and colorful, size 10 replica of a Balfour sample ring, has the famed Yankees top hat logo and "Yankees" with faux diamonds and rubies on top. "American League Champions" circles the outside of the top. The 14-karat gold ring has the Balfour stamp inside. Both shanks have "1960" over a baseball. Identical to the ones presented to the Yankees minus the diamonds. NRMT.
