1960 New York Yankees Team Signed Baseball
Bill Mazeroski took down one of the greatest New York Yankees teams ever assembled when he hit the most dramatic home run in World Series history in Game 7 of the 1960 World Series. With the score tied at 9-9, Maz smashed the shot heard round the world off of Ralph Terry, giving Pittsburgh the World Championship. This was the first time a home run had decided the outcome of the World Series. ONL (Giles) baseball is covered with 23 total ink signatures from the 1960 Bronx Bombers including Maris, Mantle, Berra, Dickey & Howard.
