The 1960 Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the New York Yankees in a seven-game World Series that ended when the Pirates scored a run in the bottom of the ninth to clinch the championship against Ralph Terry and the Yankees. This Official National League (Giles) baseball has 26 signatures from that championship Pirate team, including the great Roberto Clemente, Danny Murtaugh on the sweet spot, Harvey Haddix, Bill Mazeroski and Bill Virdon. Ball grades 8/10; autographs are 8-9/10.
