1960 Ted Williams Last Game and Last Home Program
This is a great piece of Ted Williams baseball memorabilia - a program from his last game in which he also hit his last home run, #521, at his very last at bat. Williams played his entire 21-year Major League career as the left fielder for the Boston Red Sox (1939-1942 and 1946-1960). Williams was a two-time American League MVP, led the league in batting six times and won the Triple Crown twice. He was a 19-time All-Star, had a career batting average of .344 and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966. The program's condition is nearly unimprovable - it's NRMT with only slight toning around the edges of the paper. It is unscored, with a dated scorecard in the center: "Wednesday, September 28, Day Game at 1:30 P.M."
